When Stefano L. Molea arrived in the United States from Italy at the age of 10, he lacked many of the advantages of children his age. Coming from a working class, blue-collar family, and arriving in a place where he did not have friends or even speak the English language, he learned early on the importance of standing up for himself. Stefano’s early experiences helped him to become the man he is today. He believes in justice, and when a prosecutor or law enforcement crosses the line, he will be there protecting his clients’ rights. Stefano recently joined the Law Office of David P. Molea Receives Bar Association Award
San Diego criminal defense attorney Stefano Molea was the recipient last month of an award from the Board of Directors of the Criminal Defense Bar Association of San Diego. The award recognized Stefano’s “remarkable recent victories.” Those victories include four successful motions to suppress evidence which were granted on behalf of clients. The motions each involved Fourth Amendment violations for unreasonable searches and/or seizures, and resulted in the dismissal of both misdemeanor and felony charges against his clients.
